Just a Reminder

This Saturday's Retreat promises to be a good one.

Wanda-Jane from Epicure will have optional goodies for lunch and dinner along with dips and sauces for trying and Leisa from Close to My Heart will have a couple of Make n' Takes for everyone to participate in if they wish.

Retreat this Saturday May 28th

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a great long weekend.  The next retreat is this Saturday May 28th, 2011.  I still have some space left if you would like to join us.  Here is what happening:

Wanda-Jane from Epicure will be serving up an optional Lunch and Dinner. Here's what's on the menu:

Lunch: Pulled Pork with coleslaw. $5.00
Dinner: Chicken Casserole, Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread. $5.00
Desert: Pumpkin Cheesecake with whipped cream. $2.00

Should be a great day.  This is the second to last retreat before the summer break so if you would like to get some scrapbooking in before the madness of summer, now is the perfect time.

Exciting News! I'm going to be published!

I just can't believe it.  I got an email on Friday from Jackie at Canadian Scrapbooker and they are going to publish one of my layouts for the fall issue.  I am so stoked!

Menu for May 28th

Hi Ladies,

Wanda-Jane from Epicure just emailed me about the menu for the retreat on May 28th.

Here goes:

Pulled Pork on a bun with coleslaw for lunch.  $5.00


Chicken Casserole with Caesar Salad and garlic bread for supper.  $5.00

Pumpkin Cheese Cake with Whip Cream for dessert.  $2.00

With sauces and dips for trying on the side.

I'm about half full right now so please book on-line or give me a call to reserve a seat.  While on-line you may notice some changes in the store.  I am slowly adding items for sale as time permits.  I have 2 kits up for sale right now with very limited quantities.  Keep looking back as items are being added daily.
